What are the delivery times ?
Our delivery times vary between 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
How to track my order ?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Changes are possible within one hour of purchase. Please contact our customer service promptly.
Can I deliver to an address other than my home?
Quite. We deliver your order to the desired address: to your work, to your family, or to your neighbors. You simply specify this during the ordering process.
You can therefore specify a different delivery address and billing address.
I did not receive my order. What to do?
You should allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be delivered. If after this time it has still not arrived, please contact our after-sales service via info@razwar.com. However, you have the possibility before that to track your package by contacting this same service who will be happy to provide you with information.

How to return a product ?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Although return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we do everything we can to guarantee your satisfaction. For cosmetic and shaving products, a hygiene fee of 50% of the product value applies, in order to maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
