Article 1. Definitions
Site: the Raz * War site, accessible at https://razwar.com and the different pages that compose it.
User: any natural or legal person accessing the site and using its services.
Publisher: the legal or natural person who manages the site and takes responsibility for its content.
Content: all the information displayed on the site, including texts, logos, animations, illustrations, graphics and videos.
Webmaster: the legal or natural person designated by the publisher to perform site maintenance.

The site provides users with generic information on shaving and male beauty, products available for sale from the store and product information as well as the possibility of subscribing to a newsletter and contests.

Article 3. Access to the site

The site offers its users the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. To do this, users must provide their email address. The newsletter is sent at least once a month and at most once every five days. Each newsletter sent includes a link allowing the user to unsubscribe.

If one of the clauses of these general conditions were to be considered non-compliant with the applicable law by a judge, it would be reduced to a compliant expression or, failing this, canceled, without its cancellation affecting the validity of these general conditions.
Any dispute relating to these general conditions falls within the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
In the event of a dispute relating to these general conditions, a conciliation or mediation procedure will first be used to try to resolve it.
