These general conditions only apply to the sales of products offered in the sections of Razwar.com. These products are sold new. These general conditions are applicable, to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable in store.

 Article 1 - Price 

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, taxes included, excluding handling and shipping costs (except where stipulated).
1.2 - Razwar.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry.
1.3 - The products remain the property of Growth Financial until full receipt of the price by Growth Financial.
1.4 - The products and services sold on Razwar.com are reserved for individuals.

 Article 2 - Order

The contractual information is presented in French, Dutch and English. Growth Financial reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.

Article 3 - Validation

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order is therefore equivalent to acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on Razwar.com constitutes proof of all transactions made on Razwar.com and its customers.

Article 4 - Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided to you at the time of placing your order. Exceptionally, errors or modifications may exist. In the event that a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email or by post upon receipt of the information received by the suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited. 

Article 5 - Shipping / Delivery

5.1 - General

Products purchased on Razwar.com are delivered all over the world. 
The times indicated when ordering are the usual average times and correspond to the shipping processing times to which the delivery time is added. The products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. When you order multiple products at the same time and they have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longest time. 
Razwar.com however reserves the right to split shipments, particularly in the context of Raz * War subscriptions. Participation in handling and shipping costs will only be invoiced for one shipment. 

In the event of late delivery (maximum 30 days), the product having been shipped, you can also cancel your order and request a refund of the product as well as the return costs. 

In this case, if you have received the product after your cancellation, we will refund the product, upon receipt of it, complete and in its original condition, by us.
We also invite you to regularly check your order tracking and contact us by email at info@razwar.com for any questions or in the event of a problem. 
Any order not shipped within 30 days of ordering on Razwar.com will be canceled unless otherwise specified and announced in the offer to sell.

5.2 - Delivery problems

You must notify Razwar.com of all reservations on the delivered product (for example: damaged package, missing parts, etc.) within 3 days of receipt of the product. Then, depending on the cases defined in article 12 below, you can benefit from the exchange or refund conditions provided for in this article. 

5.3 - Delivery details

Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. 
The products are sent by post from Belgium.
In all cases, the maximum deadlines vary from 2 days to 2 weeks from receipt of payment and depending on the city or country of destination.

Any item out of stock at our supplier or importer will be automatically deducted from the order.

 Article 6 - Payment

All payments will be processed by a secure data encryption procedure so that no information transmitted by the buyer is intercepted by third parties. It will be done either by an electronic payment system such as "Paypal" or "Apple Pay", or by Bank Card, or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), or by bank transfer. Article 7 - Satisfied or refunded (Right of withdrawal) 

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify his decision and without incurring other costs.

The withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1 expires after a period of 14 days from:

1 ° with regard to sales contracts, from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods

2 ° with regard to annual Raz * War subscriptions, from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the first delivery.

To exercise their right, the consumer can send an email (wecare@razwar.com) or a letter using the form below.

This right of return can only be accepted for unused, complete and undamaged products. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

Article 8 - Security

Our site is subject to a security system: we have adopted the SSL encryption process to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to means of payment.

As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the Razwar.com site is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 - Liability

The products offered comply with the Belgian legislation in force and the standards applicable in Belgium. Growth's responsibility Financial cannot be committed in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of a product ban, etc.). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

We undertake, at your choice, to reimburse or exchange the defective products to you in accordance with the legal provisions.

Article 13 - Applicable law - Disputes

This contract is subject to Belgian law. The language of this contract is French, Dutch or English. In the event of a dispute with professionals and / or traders, the courts of Nivelles (Belgium) will be competent.

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations. They can be sent to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to allow us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.
