The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the Razwar.com website. They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.

Article 1 – Prices and Products

1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding handling and shipping fees which are charged additionally and indicated before the final validation of the order.

1.2 Growth Financial SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability.

1.3 Typographical error: In the event of a clear typographical error on the price of a product (derisory or manifestly incorrect price), Growth Financial SA reserves the right to cancel the order, even if it has been initially validated.

1.4 The products remain the full and entire property of Growth Financial SA until full payment of the price is received.

1.5 The products and services sold on Razwar.com are strictly reserved for private and personal use by individuals. Any resale is prohibited without prior agreement.

Article 2 – Order and Validation

2.1 Contractual information is presented in French, Dutch, and English.

2.2 Validation of your order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these GTC. Unless proven otherwise, data recorded by the Razwar.com computer system constitute irrefutable proof of all transactions between Growth Financial SA and its customers.

2.3 Right of refusal: Growth Financial SA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order, or in case of suspected fraud.

Article 3 – Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. Stock synchronization errors may exceptionally occur. In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled for the affected items and you will be immediately refunded using the payment method used. Growth Financial SA cannot be held responsible for any financial loss related to a stock shortage.

Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Products purchased on Razwar.com are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.

4.2 Deadlines: The indicated deadlines are average estimated processing and shipping times. Growth Financial SA, or its logistics partners, strive to meet them. However, a delay not exceeding 30 days can in no case justify cancellation of the order, refusal of the goods, or claims for damages.

4.3 Transfer of risks: Risks related to transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the products leave the warehouses. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery.

4.4 Reservations: You must notify Razwar.com (via info@razwar.com) of any reservations regarding the delivered product (damaged package, missing products) within 3 calendar days following receipt. After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defect.

Article 5 – Payment and Security

Payment for purchases is made via secure payment platforms (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) using SSL encryption protocol. Growth Financial SA never has access to your full banking data and does not store any credit card information. Growth Financial SA cannot be held liable in case of a security breach attributable to the payment provider.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1 Legal deadline: In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay penalties.

6.2 Hygiene exception (Article VI.53 of the Belgian CDE): For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products (soaps, oils, foams) nor to razors and blades whose seal or packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery.

6.3 Return conditions: Items must be returned new, unused, complete, and in their original sealed packaging. Return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Packages must be sent back to the address indicated by Customer Service during the Return procedure. Any product returned incomplete or damaged by the customer will neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Article 7 – Liability

7.1 Limitation of liability: Growth Financial SA's liability under these GTC cannot be engaged if non-performance of its obligations is due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or a force majeure event.

7.2 Use of products: The products offered (notably cosmetics) comply with current European legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to check the composition of the products (available on the site and packaging) to avoid any allergic reaction. Growth Financial SA disclaims all liability in case of skin reaction, allergy, or misuse of razors and cosmetics by the customer.

7.3 Cap: In any case, Growth Financial SA's liability, whatever the reason or form of action, is strictly limited to the amount of the order of the product in question.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

Growth Financial SA shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations under these GTC if due to a force majeure event (such as, but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, interruptions of telecommunication or transport networks, failures of raw material suppliers).

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All elements constituting the Razwar.com site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, architecture, videos) are the exclusive property of Growth Financial SA or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, extraction (including by data mining robots), or use, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under intellectual property laws.

Article 10 – Personal Data (GDPR)

The information collected is necessary for order management, logistics (which may be transmitted to our shipping providers), and service improvement. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, portability, and deletion of your personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting our customer service exclusively by email at: info@razwar.com.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute involving professionals or relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of Growth Financial SA (Belgium), notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
